1. How does it work?

Where2Guv.com takes details of your journey and finds a licensed taxi or private hire company in the pick-up area to take the journey at the price quoted. Confirmation by email, including the taxi company’s details, is sent within minutes.

2. What is included in the price?

The price is for the number of passengers entered in the request and in the cases where a return journey was requested, the price covers both outward and return Journeys. For a complete detailed list of what is and is not included in our price please read our pricing policy.

3. How will the taxi collect me?

Where2Guv.com will confirm the booking to you by email and in that email it will give you the name of the taxi fleet that will fulfil the journey and their contact telephone number, please print or store the email as the contact details may come in useful. Likewise the taxi fleet will be given the passenger details that were entered when making the booking and will be able to contact you in case any clarifications are required about the pick-up address and/or time.

4. What happens when it is an Airport pick-up?

In cases where this is a return journey from an airport, the same taxi company will be used to pick you up as was used to drop you on you outward journey, often the same driver. In the case of a first journey airport pick-up or different driver, then they will meet you on exit from baggage reclaim. You are asked to provide flight details at booking time so that the taxi fleet and driver can monitor for flight delays and re-plan accordingly.

5. How far in advance can I make a booking?

You can make a booking with a pick-up for 45 minutes time or up to 1 year in advance. It is advisable to give as much notice as possible to guarantee your booking.

6. Is the driver's tip included in the price?

Tipping the driver is not included and is at the passenger's discretion.

7. Credit and debit card payments.

Please note, for all credit and debit card bookings DataCash is the authorised payment processor for Where2Guv.com. Please note that this payment will appear on your card statement as HOLIDAYTAXIS W2G.
